Cultural Horizons offers mobility grants of €2,500 to €5,500 to Ukrainian artists and cultural and creative professionals. The grants support work, study, research, exchanges and training in the EU and in Ukraine.
¿Qué financia esta convocatoria?
The Cultural Horizons programme aims to increase access of Ukrainians, in particular displaced persons, to culture and cultural heritage by supporting cultural and artistic projects developed through EU-Ukrainian partnerships. It is a collaboration between the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (Ukraine) and Cultural Vistas gGmbH (Germany) and is co-funded by the European Union.
Scope
This call supports the professional mobility of Ukrainian artists and cultural and creative professionals. It offers opportunities to:
- work;
- study;
- conduct research;
- take part in exchange programmes and educational initiatives.
These activities can take place both within the European Union and in Ukraine.
Grants
Individual grants range from €2,500 (130,000 UAH) to €5,500 (280,000 UAH).

Applications are made through the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation's website. Online information sessions will be organised for applicants.
