¿Qué financia esta convocatoria?
Scope
Culture Helps Solidarity, co-funded by Creative Europe and implemented by the European Cultural Foundation, Insha Osvita, zusa and the VETERANKA Movement, supports collaborative projects between organisations in Ukraine and in Creative Europe countries. Projects use culture to improve access to cultural participation and to support the integration of displaced Ukrainians, inside Ukraine and across Creative Europe countries, or of refugees into host communities, with attention to vulnerable groups, veterans and their mental well-being. This is the second and final call for collaboration grants.
Expected outcomes
The call aims to foster cross-border networking, exchange of professional experience and good practice, stronger capacity for intercultural dialogue and mental health support, and the professional development of cultural managers. Partnerships between Ukrainian-led organisations and non-Ukrainian organisations, especially from neighbouring Creative Europe countries, are prioritised.
Eligible costs
Grants can cover production, marketing and advertising, rental and running costs for studios and venues, IT, communication and production tools, travel, expert fees, artists' honoraria, legal services, and staff and operational costs; other goods or services may be purchased on special request (for example when lost or destroyed). Costs must be proportionate and justifiable. Co-financing is not mandatory, but it is recommended that the grant covers at most 80% of the total project budget.
Selection and support
Proposals are assessed on relevance, quality of partnership, authenticity and experimentation, feasibility, impact and sustainability. Awarded partnerships receive compulsory one-on-one mentoring, community calls and an in-person networking meeting. Proposals relying mainly on AI-generated content may be given lower priority.
Timeline
Projects may start no earlier than 1 February 2027 and end by 31 January 2028; final reports are due by 29 February 2028.
