Scope

The call aims to establish, develop or improve cooperation between Lithuanian NGOs and advocacy-focused civil society organisations in other EU Member States, strengthen organisational capacity and promote collaboration on advocacy while upholding EU values.

Expected impact

  • New and stronger cross-border partnerships.
  • Better advocacy skills and more mutual learning.
  • Improved public understanding of EU values, including equality and the rights of persons belonging to minorities.

Funding

Up to 20 projects will receive grants of up to €5,000 each. Projects may last up to 6 months and receive lump-sum funding in two instalments: 80% on signing the grant agreement and 20% after approval of the final reports.

Evaluation

Two independent experts then score eligible applications against quality criteria, with a third expert appointed if their scores differ by more than 30 points.
