Build the consortium early
Partners shape the project; adding them at the end weakens it.
Partners added a week before the deadline cannot contribute to the content, and evaluators notice. Bring partners in while the structure is still open.
- Agree the roles and the with partners before writing Part B.
- Invite partners to the project so they can write and comment themselves.
- Collect their , legal details and CVs early.
