Scope

The topic advances the use of artificial intelligence, including generative AI, in cybersecurity, while making sure that AI-based solutions are resilient, transparent and compliant with the AI Act. It covers automated threat detection, adaptive cyber defence and AI-driven threat intelligence, and addresses the risks of adversarial manipulation of AI systems.

What projects should develop

• AI tools for real-time detection of anomalies, malicious activity and AI-powered cyber threats, using new machine learning techniques.
• Adaptive AI systems that keep learning from new threats while remaining robust and explainable.
