Cosa finanzia questo bando?

Scope

This open topic funds creative or disruptive solutions that help implement the European Water Resilience Strategy. Proposals should explain how they will demonstrate, test or validate their tools and solutions and how results could later be taken up and scaled at local, national and EU level.

Restore the water cycle

Solutions to retain water in natural ecosystems including groundwater, renaturalise rivers, improve soil-water interactions, prepare for water scarcity, droughts and floods, and improve hydrological and ecological monitoring.

Water-smart economy

Indicators and techniques for water efficiency in sectors such as agriculture, water pricing and certification systems that reward sustainable practices, digital solutions for the water sector, and water reuse and recycling, including potable uses where appropriate.

Clean and affordable water for all

Actions to increase public engagement in protecting drinking water resources, cost-effective measures for equitable access to water and sanitation for groups in vulnerable situations, and methods to link water footprint to consumption patterns.

Cooperation

Proposals should use relevant Copernicus elements, avoid overlaps with Water4All and relevant EU Missions, and include a task for collaboration with other projects funded under the topic.
