Cosa finanzia questo bando?
Scope
The topic funds research that investigates, develops and tests frameworks and models applying social economy principles, such as cooperative, participatory and socially oriented approaches, in the cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI). The aim is to support social impact, economic sustainability, quality jobs and resilient creative sectors. Work may include technical or legal assistance and support services that give CCSI access to shared resources. Research should be inter-, multi- or trans-disciplinary, with cross-sectoral cooperation and stakeholder involvement.
Focus areas
- Sustainable growth and quality employment: the impact of social economy models on resilience and growth, responses to precarious employment, financing mechanisms and fiscal incentives for social reinvestment, and socio-economic diversity.
- Innovation, local development and social impact: how creative social enterprises drive innovation, empower marginalised groups and persons with disabilities, and contribute to local development and social cohesion.
- Policy and comparative studies: comparison of policy frameworks supporting the convergence of the creative and social economies in the EU and beyond, with best practices and recommendations.
Expected outcomes
Evidence-based policy frameworks and guidelines, case studies, indicators and evaluation methods for measuring social and economic impact, scalable hybrid business models balancing profitability and social responsibility, and workforce strategies that address precarious employment and improve diversity using gender-sensitive and intersectional approaches.
