What this service is

Funding Bridge is an independent information service run by EUDACE d.o.o.. It summarises EU funding calls, helps you see which ones may fit your organisation and your projects, and helps you prepare an application.

Neodvisna storitev, ki ni povezana z Evropsko komisijo.

Who can use it

Accounts are for organisations: companies, start-ups, research organisations, universities, public bodies and non-governmental organisations. The person who creates the account confirms that they may act for the organisation.

Keep your password safe and do not share your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

Your projects, answers and application texts remain yours. You allow the operator to store and process them to provide the service, including processing by an AI model, as described in the privacy notice.

Enter only information you are allowed to share. Do not enter confidential information of third parties, such as partners, without their permission, and do not enter special categories of personal data, such as health data.

Confidentiality of your content

Everything you enter in your account, such as projects, answers, application texts, partners, budgets and documents, is your confidential information.

We use it only to provide Funding Bridge to you. The operator also works as a consultancy, and it does not use your content for that work. In particular, we do not use it to find, contact or advise your clients, your partners or any other organisation named in it, to prepare applications for anyone else, or to compete with you for funding.

Named members of the Funding Bridge team open the content of your account only when you ask us for help, when you have agreed that we may offer you help (see below), or when we must investigate a concrete sign of misuse or a fault in your account. Access is read-only, and each opening is recorded with the person, the time and the reason. Your credit history shows the names of the projects credit was used for; the team sees these names when it handles your credit and invoices, and that is recorded too.

The people with this access keep your content confidential. Staff who maintain our servers and database can technically reach the data; they do not open account content outside the cases above.

If you agree separately, the team may look at your projects to decide whether to offer you help, and may contact you, and only you, with an offer to help you prepare an application. We never contact organisations named in your projects on that basis. This consent is optional, and you can withdraw it at any time in your profile. Any such help is agreed in a separate contract.

We disclose your content only where the law requires it. These obligations continue after your account is deleted.

Information, not advice

Summaries are written from the official call documents, but the official call text is always the binding source. Check the official call page before you apply. Eligibility results, assessments and scores are an indication, not a decision; the funding body decides who is eligible and who is funded.

Draft texts produced with AI may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking them and for everything you submit. You submit your application yourself on the official EU portal; we do not submit it for you.

We do not guarantee that a call is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this service.

Fair use

Use the service for your own organisation. Do not use automated programs to copy the catalogue in bulk, do not try to get around the limits of the service, and do not misuse the forms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and explain why.

Credit for AI work

Every AI button in Funding Bridge that drafts, checks, finds or assesses for you uses credit, for example drafting a section, checking an answer, finding calls again or assessing a call. Every button that uses credit shows, before you press it, the amount it uses in euros; a button without an amount does not use credit. Using the portal, writing and editing yourself, the guidance through all steps, the list of calls that fit your project, searching for partners, and completing parts that failed on our side do not use credit.

Starting credit is an early access offer for the first 100 organisations that create an account, confirm their email address and complete an automatic check that the organisation exists. After you confirm your email address, we read the website you gave us, compare the organisation's name, country and VAT number found there with public registers and with the email address of the account, and an AI review decides whether the organisation can be confirmed. Our team does not check these organisations by hand; it looks only at cases where two accounts claim the same organisation. Organisations that joined before 20 October 2026 and complete Verify your organisation are still confirmed by our team. Until the organisation is confirmed, it has no starting credit and the AI buttons work only after you buy credit. When the organisation is confirmed, 100 € is added to it while the offer lasts; after the offer has ended, an organisation is confirmed without starting credit. If we cannot confirm it, no starting credit is added; you can still buy credit. On a project of another organisation that you were invited to, you work without a check of your own. Each organisation receives starting credit once. Organisations are counted in the order in which they are confirmed. An organisation is identified by its VAT number or, without one, by its country and name. If the organisation has already received starting credit on another account, it is not added again. When 100 organisations have received it, the offer ends. The Credit page in your account shows whether your organisation received it. Organisations that join later start without credit and can ask our team for credit.

Credit is an allowance for using AI features in Funding Bridge. It is not money and has no cash value. It cannot be paid out, sold, or transferred to another account or organisation, and it is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused credit ends when the account is deleted.

You can buy credit on the Credit page, in packages of €50, €100 or €250. 1 € dobroimetja stane 1 € brez DDV. A package of 100 € adds 100 € of credit. VAT is added where it applies and is shown before you order. It depends on the country of your organisation and on its VAT number: in Slovenia VAT is 22 %; for an organisation in another EU country with a valid VAT number (we check it in the EU register, VIES) no VAT is charged and the invoice says “Reverse charge”; for an organisation in another EU country without a valid VAT number VAT is 22 %; for an organisation outside the EU no VAT is charged. Every account can buy credit, also when its organisation is not confirmed; bought credit switches on the AI buttons. You pay by card, on the payment page of our payment provider Stripe, or you request a proforma invoice and pay it. Credit is added when we have received your payment: straight after a card payment is confirmed, or, with a proforma invoice, when our team has recorded your payment. We issue an invoice for every purchase, to the details you gave us for it.

When you press a button that uses credit, the amount shown is set aside. It is taken from your credit only when the AI delivers the result. If the AI fails, nothing is taken. If only part of a draft is delivered, for example some of the chapters or some parts of a section, only the delivered part is counted. Check all answers with AI is counted in full once at least one answer has been checked; you can then complete the answers that were not checked without using credit. An amount that was set aside and not used is released within 30 minutes. Credit that was used is not returned if you later change or discard the AI text.

You use the credit of your own account. Colleagues you invited to your account use your credit. People from other organisations invited to one of your projects or applications use the credit of their own account. Viewers and reviewers cannot use buttons that use credit.

Prices are shown on each button and on the Credit page. We may change prices. The price that applies is the one in effect when you press the button. Credit does not expire while your account exists. You can buy more credit on the Credit page.

Daily limits on AI use apply in addition to your credit. Opening several accounts for the same organisation to receive more starting credit, or trying to get around the limits, is misuse of the service. We may remove credit received in this way and suspend or close the account.

If you think credit was used in error, write to us with the Ask our team button in your account. We correct confirmed errors by adding the credit back.

Credit for feedback: when you send us feedback with the Give feedback button and an AI review finds it useful, your organisation gets 10 € of credit straight away, up to 50 € per organisation in total. Feedback is useful when it says concretely what you tried, saw or miss in Funding Bridge, is about the service itself and does not repeat feedback your organisation already sent. Your organisation must be confirmed. Our team reads all feedback and may remove credit that was given for empty or copied feedback.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time under Profile, Delete my account. Your account and all your projects are deleted at once.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Until you accept it, you can still delete your account.
