The call funds civil society organisations in Slovenia and Croatia for non-partisan campaigns that encourage people to vote in defence of EU values. Applications are assessed on a rolling, first come, first served basis.

Scope

The call supports Go out and vote! campaigns that motivate people in Slovenia and Croatia to vote in defence of EU values.

Eligible activities

• Monitoring and watchdog activities.
• Campaigning.
• Community activation.
• Awareness raising.
• Networking.

Activities that promote a specific political party or candidate are not eligible.

Expected results

• A stronger civil society watchdog and advocacy role, including more organisations monitoring political promises, mobilising citizens and engaged in civic education, and more monitoring tools.
• Greater promotion and public awareness of EU rights and values through awareness-raising actions and campaigns.
• More civic engagement in environmental protection and climate change, including innovative methods and awareness campaigns.

Submission and evaluation

Applications are sent by email only, to a designated address for each country, and were accepted from 5 November 2025. After an administrative and eligibility check, a five-member commission makes yes/no decisions on each criterion on a first come, first served basis; only projects meeting all criteria are supported. Applicants are informed within 14 days. Rejected applications can be resubmitted, but an applicant may have only one ongoing action at a time. Confirmed proposals are checked for respect of EU values and double funding.
