Was fördert diese Ausschreibung?
Scope
The call supports the production and dissemination of information and content on EU Cohesion policy, including the Just Transition Fund and relevant support from the Technical Support Instrument. Proposals should give coherent, objective and comprehensive information and show the role of Cohesion policy in EU priorities such as the right to stay in the place people call home, the green transition (including water and energy challenges), strategic technologies, housing and the demographic transition.
Target groups
- General public: raise awareness of Cohesion policy results and their effect on daily life among Europeans who are unaware of EU action in their region, with a focus on jobs, growth and reducing disparities between Member States and regions.
- Stakeholders (national, regional and local authorities, beneficiaries, businesses, academia): communicate the impact of Cohesion policy on their regions and feed into the debate on its future and the future of Europe.
Activities that can be funded
Information measures should include one or more of: print, multimedia or audiovisual material; web and social media outreach; media events; conferences, seminars and workshops. Measures required by law are not eligible. Financial support to third parties is not allowed. Projects should take into account the results of previous co-financed campaigns.
Expected outcomes
- More media coverage of Cohesion policy, especially at regional level.
- Greater public awareness of Cohesion policy results.
- Concrete outputs with wide reach during the project, such as TV and radio broadcasts and online or print coverage, taking multilingualism into account.
Funding and costs
The grant is a budget-based mixed actual cost grant reimbursing 80% of eligible costs, with a 7% flat rate for indirect costs. There are no interim payments; prefinancing is normally 80% of the maximum grant amount.
Evaluation
Proposals are scored on relevance (40 points), quality (30) and impact (30), with an overall threshold of 53 out of 100 points.
