The grants aim to strengthen personal wellbeing, resilience and mental health so that recipients can continue their cultural and community work. They are not designed to cover project delivery costs.

  • Trauma-informed coaching or emotional (group) support sessions.
  • Restorative care or rehabilitation stays, such as sanatorium treatment, wellness programmes or retreats.
  • Visits to cultural institutions and events.
  • Participation in master classes or art therapy workshops, with materials if necessary.
  • Other justified wellbeing-oriented services.

Ineligible costs

Psychiatric or medical mental-health treatment, medication or medical devices, material assets, rent, tuition and training fees, invasive interventions, streaming subscriptions, alternative medicine consultations, and humanitarian or cost-of-living support. Grants may not go to third parties, project implementation or organisational costs.

Selection

Applications are assessed by external advisors on relevance of professional context, personal wellbeing relevance, public and community impact, and coherence and feasibility of the planned use of funds; the consortium partners make final decisions. Each round is open for two weeks and accepts up to 170 applications; submissions close early if this limit is reached. This is the sixth of an anticipated 10 to 14 rolling rounds over 2026-2028.
