Scope

Palacký University offers merit-based scholarships to students enrolled in the second year of the DIGISOC Joint Master's Programme in the academic year 2026/2027. The programme aims to reward outstanding academic performance, promote excellence in higher education and ease the costs of tuition fees, summer schools, short-term mobility and living expenses.

Scholarship terms

  • The scholarship covers one academic year, is paid in a single instalment by bank transfer and is not renewed automatically.
  • Each applicant can receive up to €2,000 gross per academic year.

Evaluation and allocation

A joint Evaluation Committee with a representative of each of the three degree-awarding universities and at least one student representative ranks applicants by their weighted grade average in all DIGISOC courses in 2025/2026, on a 30-point scale. Awards are allocated as follows:

  • Highest average: €2,000.
  • Second highest: €1,750.
  • Third highest: €1,500.
  • All other applicants with an average above 26.99 share the remaining budget equally, up to €1,000 each.

Tied applicants share a place and receive the higher award.

Decisions and appeals

Applicants are notified within 15 days of the deadline, and those not awarded a scholarship may appeal by e-mail. Successful applicants must accept within five days.

Status of the call

The call is not an EU action; it is run by Palacký University in its own name and under its own responsibility.
