Que finance cet appel ?
Scope
The call supports the EU Mission Restore Our Ocean and Waters by 2030 in the Slovenian marine area, part of the cross-border North Adriatic region. Projects are encouraged to address:
- Moorings for recreational and tourist vessels that prevent damage to seabed habitats
- Coastal zone interventions balancing the needs of people and the environment
- Other measures supporting the Mission, such as reducing marine pollution, conserving and restoring ecosystems, and developing a sustainable blue economy
Eligible activities
Experimental activities, prototype development, feasibility studies, research and innovation (including regulatory and governance improvements), artistic, cultural and community activities, education and capacity building, monitoring and citizen science, knowledge brokering and transfer, or a combination of these. Activities must take place in the Slovenian territorial sea, including the coast, or contribute to its challenges.
Eligible costs
Funding is a lump sum based on results and activities, not actual costs. The budget may include personnel, materials and equipment, services, implementation of activities, dissemination and communication, and indirect costs at a flat rate of 25% of personnel and purchase costs.
Payments and evaluation
Payments are made as 20% advance, 30% after interim results and 50% after final results. A five-member expert commission scores proposals out of 100 points; at least 55 points are needed for funding. Top-ranked applicants are invited to a short oral presentation, expected on 10 December 2026.
