Horizon Europe · Cluster 2 – Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society · HORIZON-CL2-2027-01-TRANSFO-07

Cet appel est annoncé mais pas encore ouvert. Les dates et les conditions peuvent encore changer.
Quel est l’objet de cet appel ?
The topic funds research on how to include persons with disabilities in the open labour market and how to design social protection that supports them through the life course.
Que finance cet appel ?
Scope
In the EU, 51% of persons with disabilities are employed, compared with 75% of persons without disabilities. Research should address the barriers to labour market inclusion, collect data on effective measures, and analyse the impact of existing policies such as quotas, employment targets and positive discrimination provisions. It may also cover:
- The role, concerns and good practices of employers, and discrimination in hiring and its effect on job retention.
- Accessible working environments, reasonable accommodation, digital skills, assistive technologies and AI.
- Types of work suited to different competences, and transitions from sheltered employment to the open labour market, including self-employment and training.
Social protection
Research is expected to address social protection through the life course, including disability benefits, in-kind benefits, coverage of disability-related extra costs and the transition to pension age, and to examine the benefit trap that can deter people from taking up employment.
Expected outcomes
Projects contribute to two of the following: disaggregated, evidence-based data to close the employment gap; scalable, person-centred interventions for labour market inclusion; and innovative social protection approaches that compensate disability-related costs while encouraging employment.
