Quel est l’objet de cet appel ?

Que finance cet appel ?
Background and objectives
Many refugees have arrived in the EU, notably because of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. The call uses sport to help children and young people affected by humanitarian crises and mass migration in the context of war. Its objectives are to promote their integration in host communities, improve mental well-being and help overcome trauma, facilitate adaptation and bonds with host communities, facilitate integration into the education system and the labour market, and inspire other sport clubs to set up similar programmes by publishing good practices.
Scope and activities
- Activities should be organised at local, grassroots level, mainly through grassroots sports clubs, and involve only one country.
- Activities, games and sports must be designed to meet specific social and psychosocial goals, and be age appropriate and culturally appropriate.
- Cooperation between grassroots sports clubs and centres offering social, psychological or pedagogical support is described as important and required.
- Sport federations are involved mainly as facilitators.
- Financial support to third parties is not allowed.
Expected outcomes
Direct engagement of young people affected by the war in meaningful local activities; overcoming trauma and adapting to new environments; improved physical and mental well-being; and collected experiences and good practices for dissemination elsewhere in Europe.
