Scope
The ZMINA:Resilience project of IZOLYATSIA Foundation, Maly Berlin and Trans Europe Halles supports co-creation between Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations and peers from Creative Europe countries on the topic of resilience. All creative sectors are eligible except audiovisual. Each partner is expected to play a role of comparable weight, through creative input, management or audience development.
Expected outcomes
Projects develop and present an international co-creation and must include a public presentation in the locality of every participating partner, with at least two local presentations, including one in Ukraine.
Eligible activities and costs
Activities needed to develop and implement the co-creation, its local presentations, and related travel. Fixed unit rates apply to artist fees (€75 per artist per day), international travel (€350 per return trip), local travel (€65 per return trip), a green travel supplement (€300 for one-way trips over 600 km not made by air), accommodation and per diem (€75 per night) and visas (€80). Shipping, equipment depreciation, services and communication are reimbursed at cost. Management and administration costs may not exceed 20% of the overall project budget.
