O čem je ta razpis?
The scheme provides fixed travel and living support to MSc students in fusion who undertake an internship at a fusion research centre or university abroad. It is aimed at students linked to FuseNet member institutions whose home university is in a EUROfusion member state.
Kaj ta razpis financira?
Scope
The scheme helps MSc students in fusion who wish to complete an internship abroad, with the aim of raising the quality of education through exchanges. The internship can be hosted by a fusion research centre or a university active in fusion research, and the host does not have to be in Europe.
Type of support
- A fixed amount of travel support, depending on the travel distance.
- Accommodation and living support, depending on the length of the internship.
Application and evaluation
- Applications are submitted through the dedicated FuseNet page, at least 2 weeks before and within 6 months of the start of the internship.
- Other sources of funding for the internship (scholarships, grants, host salary or compensation, other EU support) need to be declared.
- Support can be restricted where the applicant has received FuseNet funding in the past.
- The FuseNet Executive Office evaluates applications and informs the student by email within 2 weeks of complete submission; in cases of doubt on eligibility, the FuseNet Academic Council decides, and its decision is final.

- MSc students registered at a FuseNet member university and/or doing their internship at a FuseNet member host.
- The student's home university is located in one of the EUROfusion member states.
- Support may be restricted for students who have previously received FuseNet funding.
