This open topic invites applicants to design groundbreaking research and innovation that helps cultural heritage, the arts and/or the cultural and creative industries reach their full potential as drivers of sustainable innovation and/or a European sense of belonging. Applicants choose the focus that best serves this aim; it may be narrow or broad.
Requirements
- Research should be impact-driven, moving beyond descriptive studies towards transformative, actionable knowledge.
- Proposals should build on previous research, networks or platforms as appropriate to their focus.
- Projects must not duplicate activities already funded and should explore new areas.
Expected outcome
New groundbreaking findings and methods are developed, verified and put into practice, significantly contributing to realising the potential of cultural heritage, arts and cultural and creative industries.
